Osprey Daylite Plus: This is our go-to day pack for almost every adeventure.

Trekking poles: Although not necessary on most hikes, these trekking poles truly do help with getting up (and down) those high elevation gain hikes.

Footwear: Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of hiking boots. Instead I prefer trail running shoes.

Bug spray wipes: A must have for everywhere from Mt. Rainier to Everglades National Parks.

Sunscreen lip balm: A must have for all seasons. Helps protein from sunburn and windburn.
